Day Excursion Terms & Conditions:
All excursions are subject to availability.
Seat allocation is on a 'first come, first served' basis - in other words you can choose whatever available seat you would like when boarding. However certain seats may be reserved for passengers with limited mobility (if you need a particular seat you must speak to us when booking).
Passengers are requested to be at their pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We will not be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers or passengers not being at the correct pick-up point. No refund will be made for passengers arriving after the scheduled departure time nor shall we be held responsible for the late arrival of coaches due to circumstances beyond our (or the coach operators) control (i.e. traffic and weather conditions).
The consumption of alcohol, smoking and vaping is NOT permitted on the coach. Please be considerate of other passengers when using a mobile phone or other portable electronic device.
The driver can terminate a passenger’s travel in the event of unreasonable conduct.
The coach and driver used on your trip will be operated by a hired-in coach company. The company will be selected by Lomax Tours and will be of a reputable standard.

Pick-up times advertised will be as accurate as possible, however, traffic and road conditions may cause the coach to be slightly delayed. Return times are estimated and can change due to traffic and road conditions. We cannot be held responsible if you are not at your designated pick-up point on time or if you are not back on the coach at the time stated by the coach crew during any the tour. If you are unsure please ask your driver. No compensation can be given if you miss the coach.
Should the circumstance arise where due to insufficient bookings we are forced to cancel any excursion, monies paid by passengers for that particular excursion will be refunded. We reserve the right to alter excursions or prices, or cancel any excursion listed.
For cancellations by you notified to us after payment has been made , a 100% cancellation charge applies.
